Debbie Childs' passion for high-quality client care can be traced back to her career at Crain's Chicago Business, where she spent significant time working with residential real estate brokers and developers. She also worked with Fortune 500 companies UPS and Blue Cross Blue Shield to help grow their business.

Debbie grew her personal business from $18,000 to over $2.3 million in gross revenue. She was the number one or two salesperson in the office for five years in a row.
As a Realtor, she specializes in client care, communication, and leveraging market data for high-value negotiating results. She attended the University of Wisconsin and earned a Business Administration Degree while majoring in Marketing and International Business.
When Debbie isn't busy working with clients, you can find her working out, cheering on her kids, volunteering with Trinity Church, or purchasing fun eye-makeup. She is a testimony that mascara and lifting-weights really do work well together.
